Watermark

1. How can I get rid of the watermark?
Everything created with PollSnack comes with an embedded watermark (or other kinds of ads). You can remove it from "My polls" page by purchasing the premium embed code.
2. I have upgraded to Premium. Why does the watermark still show on poll/survey?
If the watermark still appears on your poll, quiz or survey after you’ve activated the premium options you need to clear the cache from your web browser and refresh the page.

Pricing

1. Is PollSnack free or do I have to pay for it?
PollSnack is free for testing. However, if you want to remove the free version’s limitations you need to activate the premium options. Activating the premium options cost 4 points per poll/personality poll and 10 points per survey. VIP members get all premium options included.
You can buy points here.
Alternatively you can get a VIP membership.
2. What are the free version's limitations?
- For polls and personality quizzes, a small watermark will appear on the bottom of your widgets.
- For surveys you can't view any responses, in addition to the small watermark on the bottom of your widgets.
3. How many points do I need to activate the premium options?
Activating the premium options cost 4 points per poll/personality poll and 10 points per survey. VIP members get all premium options included.
You can buy points here.
Alternatively you can get a VIP membership.
4. I don’t understand the points system.
SnackTools points are the only currency you need to pay for the premium features throughout our applications. Points are required when you want to publish your work. More precisely, you will need to pay if you wish to get a watermark-free embed or unlock the survey’s responses.
You can buy 4, 10 or more points. SnackTools points never expire so you can use them on current and future projects without concern for an expiration date.
Read more about it here: http://www.snacktools.com/en/points.html
5. What is the difference between points and the VIP subscription?
With points you can unlock premium features for your widget and it will stay premium forever. You can only edit your PollSnack for 24h when you unlock it with points.
The VIP subscription gives you unlimited points (for all SnackTools applications) for as long as it’s active. When (or if) it expires, all your widgets will be watermarked. Any unused points that you might have before getting a VIP subscription will remain available to use after the subscription becomes inactive.
Read more about points and VIP here: http://www.snacktools.com/blog/snacktools-points-and-vip-membership/
6. What happens when my VIP membership subscription expires?
The VIP membership is automatically renewed. However, if you choose to cancel your subscription or if your payment processor refuses the payment, your subscription will expire. In that case, the premium publishing options will become locked and you won't be able to use them unless you unlock them with points or get a new subscription. If your monthly subscription expires and you don't wish to renew it, you can use points to unlock the desired items (which will stay unlocked forever).

Troubleshooting

1. I cannot view my poll. Why?
In order to view the polls created with PollSnack you need Flash Player 10+. Get it from here.
2. I cannot find my polls and surveys, even though I’m logged in and I go to "My PollSnack". Where are they?
This article will answer your question. http://www.snacktools.com/blog/snacktools-accounts-and-login-problems/
3. I made a free survey, but I cannot see the results for free?
That’s right. You will have to unlock this premium feature with either points or a subscription. Check the Pricing section for more information.
4. My poll has turned into a static image. Why?
If a poll hosted on our cloud exceeds the maximum number of views/day, the poll will turn into a static image and a small button will be displayed linking to the poll's "direct link" page on PollSnack.com. All standard items include 25,000 views/day, Extended VIP items include 50,000 views/day. After exceeding 100,000 views/day, nothing will be displayed.
